1.3.           This document details the information collected by the Website and how it is used, in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13, 5782-2022 (hereinafter: "the Law").

1.4.           It is clarified that the Privacy Policy is part of the Website's Terms of Use Website Terms and Conditions - Boso Kids Room Design (hereinafter: "Terms of Use") and therefore they should be read together.

1.5.           By using the Website and the products offered therein, you express your consent for the Website to use information about you as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

In any case where changes are made to the Privacy Policy, the update date of the Privacy Policy will appear at the top of this page, and therefore the Privacy Policy should be reviewed before each use of the Website. 1.8.           The provisions of this Privacy Policy are written in the masculine form for convenience only, and all its provisions are intended for both women and men. Also, all provisions of the Privacy Policy in the singular form, if plural is implied, and vice versa.

2.1.           In addition to the terms explicitly defined elsewhere in this appendix, the following terms shall bear the meanings detailed alongside each of them:

2.1.1.       "Database Systems", "Security Procedure" - as these terms are defined in the regulations;

2.1.2.       "Data Subjects" and/or "User": individuals to whom personal information relates, as defined by law.

3.        Collection of Personal Information and Purposes of Use

3.1.           When using the Website, which requires the submission of personal information, you will be asked to provide several personal details such as: full name, phone number, email address, and more. This data will be transferred and stored in the Website's database in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 ("the Law").
