Delivery times from the moment of shipment (not from the moment of order) - up to 3 business days *for exceptional destinations up to 4 business days (weekends and Israeli holidays are not considered business days)

Delays may occur due to the security situation

Returns:

Cancellation of purchase can be made from the day of purchase up to 14 days from the day of receiving the product. In any request to cancel the purchase after the product has already been shipped, the cancellation is subject to the customer returning the product to the company at their own expense and provided that the product is in good condition and has not been used, is in its original packaging, is not damaged, and is not defective in any way.

Cancellation of this purchase transaction is subject to the provisions of Section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, and upon cancellation, the customer will pay a cancellation fee for each product ordered, amounting to NIS 100 or 5% of the transaction value, whichever is lower.

Upon cancellation of a purchase, and if the order has already been transferred to the courier company, the customer's money for the ordered shipping will not be refunded.

A monetary refund will be issued if the product is returned intact and in its original packaging after deducting shipping fees and cancellation fees.

Special and custom orders cannot be returned.

No refund will be given for peeling from the wall. Boso stickers are of the highest quality! But peeling depends on the quality of your wall paint and the condition of the wall, and therefore no refund will be given.
